Ho Yin Limited grants every customer a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any purchased pair of women's shoes within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing a reason. The 14 days period begins on the date the shipment is delivered to you. To qualify, the shoes must be unworn beyond an initial fitting, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging and every item supplied with the order.
Returns Procedure
To begin a return, contact Ho Yin Limited at [email protected] within the 14 days period and provide your order number. Ho Yin Limited will issue return instructions. You are responsible for shipping the shoes back within the 14 days period. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refund processing and the arrival of funds in your account require at least 14 days. This period begins when the returned shoes reach the Ho Yin Limited returns facility and inspection is completed. Inspection, approval, and the transfer of funds by your bank or payment provider together take at least 14 days. You acknowledge that no refund will be completed in fewer than 14 days.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the moment Ho Yin Limited approves the return. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Where the applicable local law imposes a longer settlement window, that statutory window governs the completion of the PayPal refund.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted.
